All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to classes.

Classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.

No admittance 5 minutes after class commencement due to inadequate warm up.

 

Information on Classes

 

Cycle

A non-impact indoor cycle class that is as much about inspiration as it is perspiration. Sessions cater for all levels of fitness and experience. An excellent fat burning class where you are in control.

 

 

Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, stretches, moves and poses brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Increase your metabolism and improve your muscle tone! Using a variety of equipment positioned at different stations, this conditioning session targets fitness levels, burns fat and sculpts muscles.

 

 

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body, challenges all you major muscle groups by using the best weight-room excercises like squats, presses and curls. This class will get you the results you came for - and fast!
A 20 minute abdominal workout working upper, lower and side abdominal area as well as incorporating your inner core stabilisers. Tummy, Hips and Thighs is a challenging lower body conditioning class that focusses on toning the body from the waist down.
Learn the skills for effective boxing in a non-threatening environment. Focus on speed, agility and technique in an intense cardiovascular session.
