nrg Incorporating high/low intensity moves with organised movements for a cardiovascular workout, NRG comprises of motivating aerobic routines designed to burn fat and raise your heart rate for an energised workout. cycle Boost your workout with moves that are choreographed on, over and around a height adjustable step. The simple and powerful moves provide an energetic atmosphere while helping to shape and tone the entire lower body.
cycle A non-impact indoor cycle class that is as much about inspiration as it is perspiration. Sessions cater for all levels of fitness and experience. An excellent fat burning class where you control the intensity. circuit Increase your metabolism and improve your muscle tone! Using a
variety of equipment positioned at different station, this conditioning
session targets fitness levels, burns fat and sculpts muscles.
dance Have fun and burn calories while learning the fundamental techniques of Hip Hop, Salsa or Latin. Perfect those moves before you hit the club. fbox Learn the skills for effective boxing in a non threatening
environment. Focus on speed, agility and technique in an
intense cardiovascular session.
att This cardiovascular interval training program combines simple
high intensity aerobics with strength and stabilisation exercises.
BodyAttack™ is a rapid calorie burner that delivers improvements in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength.
att A session that improves core strength, flexibility and posture. Tone
and strengthen the deep and superficial abdominals, gluteals, hips
and thighs.
pump Work all the major muscle groups via a series of weight-bearing
exercises including squats, presses and lifts. BodyPump™ is an effective way to get into shape with fat-burning, endurance and strength benefits.
