Caulfield Campus Latest NewsMonash Fit CampThe ultimate health and fitness lifestyle challenge is coming to Monash! Be a part of Monash Fit Camp and take action to improve your wellbeing. This health and fitness revitalisation program is your answer for getting stuck into your body. Summer is fast approaching so do yourself a favor and get into Fit Camp 2008! The program will follow boot camp style training developing strength, endurance and promoting active lifestyles. Monash Fit Camp is a great way to have fun, train in a group setting and push yourself past your pre-conceived limitations. Consisting of cardio, resistance and endurance training methods the sessions will be challenging yet motivating. Fit Camp will take your fitness levels to new heights, crafting your ideal summer body and boosting your self-esteem. Sessions are held twice a week for six weeks, commencing Tuesday 11 November Tuesday 06:30 - 07:30 and Friday 06:30 - 07:30 (morning sessions) Contact the Monash Sport Caulfield Customer Service Desk on 9903 2358 or enquire at Michael.Ludekens@sport.monash.edu.au Cardio BoxLose weight, tone muscle, stress release, increase confidence and strength!Boxing sessions are a great way to improve physical health and fitness while also developing overall body strength and assisting weight loss. Cardio Box involves boxing technique, pad holding, structured around the complete mind and body workout. Learn safe technique in a controlled environment catering for beginners and those more advanced. Cardio Box is a great way to get fit in a group environment, meet new people, and encourage each other to work out hard. Sessions are held twice a week, commencing Monday 20 October: Monday 5:30pm - 6:30pm and Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm Bookings are essential.
