Fit Camp

Fit Camp is a six week fun, social, challenging and rewarding way of training. For those about to embark on their first fitness program or looking for a new challenge Fit Camp is for you.

Some of the results you can expect to see include;

  • reduced body fat
  • muscle tone
  • increased cardiovascular fitness
  • strength gains

All Fit Camp sessions are conducted by qualified personal trainers who will help guide, motivate and monitor each participant’s progress throughout the six weeks.

The program is run at our three sites at Monash University's Caulfield, Clayton and Peninsula campuses.

Sessions go for 1 hour, twice per week. The program runs for six weeks (12 sessions).

Next camps starting...

Clayton: Monday 15 March. Sessions will be held on Monday and Thursday mornings at 6:45am.

Caulfield: Tuesday 16 March. Sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 5:30pm.

Peninsula: Next Fitcamp begining in April.
